    One of the few places where you can get tater tots. Great-tasting appetizers and dinner items, but the variety of sides are lacking. The customer service is average. If you place a order, that contains a substitution, make sure your order is accurate before leaving. Typically, your order will arrive incorrect.

    It took a while to get the food I'm not sure what the holdup was because there seemed to be enough employees in the back. Well I can guess what one holdup was.... a grandmother that was working in the back had her grandson at work trying to keep him he was running around playing with the drink machine and they were laughing and giggling in the back and she was having to yell at him and fix his food while everyone else waited. That was very rude and he was in the way. Besides that when we did get the food the chicken was good the seasoning was good the thighs were little fatty so that made it greasy. Thete were really good specials and I enjoyed the pricing. I guess I would go back maybe try white meat this time to see if it's less fatty.

    It was busy. All the Mardi Gras customers were there but I still didn't have to wait super long. I got my chicken fried crispy, as usual. It was really good. Fried crispy is the only way that I like it.

    Horrible customer service!! We were just in a long line at the drive-thru. When our car rolled up the the speaker, the clock changed to 9:00 p.m. The cashier answered the speaker " Thank you for choosing Hart's but we're closed!". I was so astonished. No one was behind us and we were in the line before 9 PM. Oh well. We took our business elsewhere and we will not be back!! Horrible customer service!!

    The driver service wasn't so great this time all employees need to learn how to service the drive up with the mild voice a mild time. When ordering such Foods or menus or specials
